Responsibilities:
- Work with internal CRM systems and IP telephony
- Process incoming inquiries using prepared scripts
- Qualify leads and transfer them to Alesinvest experts
- Maintain reports and update data in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Experience working in a call center, as a sales manager, or assistant for at least 3 months
- Confident skills in working with PCs and CRM systems (Bitrix24, Google Docs, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Business communication skills and customer orientation
- Fluent English
