Basic duties - looking for suppliers of raw materials and machinery for production needs; - raw materials market analysis; - purchasing of raw materials and machinery for production needs; - preparation job for concluding contracts with the suppliers, concluding contracts and the control for their execution; - preparation and execution of raw materials and machinery certification; - phone talks and everyday correspondence with partners; - participation in talks with the suppliers; - translations and preparation of all docs for the customs; - searching for transportation companies, their comparison and dialog conduction regarding prices and terms of payment; - development and timely renewal of data base of transportation companies; - compilation of online shipment plan; - placement of requests for transportation in compliance with the plan for transportation of raw materials, machinery, spare parts and integrated products; - shipping control for timely delivery of cargoes for the plant needs and to the ultimate consumer; - transport companies documentation received accuracy control; - executive account of accompanying forms. -
