This internship with the topics “Global trends monitoring in various spheres”, Specifically my tasks and duties during my internship period were to: 1. Collect information about various global trends and challenges in the field of human capital development. Fully online-based data collection process from various sources. The latest data has been prioritized here. 2. Also, analyze different reports of the international organizations, consulting agencies, large companies as well as scientific papers devoted to the human capital. 3. Prepare analytical materials about human potential trends and write a draft for a literature review for a scientific paper. My work at ISSEK HSE has become a valuable experience for me and allowed me implementing the STI knowledge that has been learned after joined this university. I have taken part in a very important international scientific project and have learned new methods of research and new knowledge in the field of future studies
