• Planning and coordinating all project controls activities associated with the design, contracting, procurement, construction and commissioning of the programme work scope within time and cost milestones using such a Project Management tools as Primavera P6 and Spider Project. • Monitoring and reporting a project progress status of one of biggest, multibillion USD international project of RUSAL, called “Taishet Aluminium and Anode Factory” with low-carbon effect to the environment. • Weekly site inspections

Responsibilities: • Formation of business processes in order to systematize and further automate the company's office work related to manufacturing and installation of self-branded products, which include: heating boilers up to 12 MW, stationary boiler houses up to 48 MW, ventilation equipment, tanks, sandwich panels and metalconstructions. • Formation of calendar-network plans and flow charts for the entire portfolio of company projects. • Management of project related labour, time and material in accordance with the created project plan. • Definition of responsibilities and expected results for a project team members; holding regular meetings to agree on project scope and updates with the team, customers, contractor and CEO. • Negotiating with both Russian and English-speaking suppliers and business partners. Achievements: • Created detailed project plan for manufacturing and installation works for the following key projects of the company: 1. Steel Constructions of the "Grozny Mall" roofing - 3480 tons. This roof is the world's largest star-shaped architectural imagine. 2. Pedestrian bridge across the Sunzha River from Grozny Mall to Akhmat Tower - 1430 tons of metalconstructions. 3. Arch-restaurant "Minutka" across the Grozny central Kadyrov street –420 tons of metalconstructions. 4. Greenhouse complex called "Kedr" in Astrakhan - 60 MW of thermal power. • Based on the above-stated key projects of the company, the Project Management and Finance Departments were trained to plan and monitor the projects using MS Project software, that has become an integral part of coordination and control of the company's projects. As a result of training the accuracy of planning and risk forecasting has increased by 50%. • Increased the productivity of work at the plant, by rationalizing the used machine park, working tools and workplaces, based on the principles of lean management (5S, Kaizen). • Drew up a Cash flow (Excel) predicting monthly income based on a portfolio of more than 50 ongoing projects of the company. This document has also become a convenient and useful tool for conducting claim- work with debtors for the legal department. • Formulated, standardized and implemented business processes for enterprise office, using a Visio software, saving around 30 000 USD on outsourcing analytical work for the company. Thus, the level of mutual understanding between the departments of the company increased, that led to a decrease in the number of conflicts and acceleration of office documents flow. For example, the process of forming a commercial proposal has been reduced from 8 days to 3-5 days. It has also led to an optimization of job descriptions of some key engineers. • Initiated and coordinated an intra-organizational project, that has been aimed to automate the described above business processes using 1S: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software. The business processes have become an important element for mutual understanding between Teplostroyproekt-S and the automation company. • Standardized the intra-organizational technological logistics of the plant. It has increased the speed of work by 20% and accelerated the process of training and adaptation of the new staff for more than two times

Responsibilities: • Planning and managing projects related to the production processes of the Steelconstructions of the company's plant and the processes of construction and installation works on the sites. • Preparation of reports and conducting negotiations related to the project implementation with engineers and managers of such large international general contracting organizations as Damac, and Al Nabooda, in order to defend the interests of YMS Engineering related to the timing, budget and quality of project execution. Achievements: • Created and implemented a new system for the company, that evaluates plant performance and identifies issues and risks that hold it back. Performed a daily plant inspections and displayed results in a convenient Excel spreadsheet with graphs and charts in order to report to the CEO on a weekly basis. • Planned and monitored the work of the entire portfolio of ongoing 20 organizational projects, including 3 Dubai Expo 2020 projects (Pavilions of the Netherlands, Singapore and Malaysia), which consisted of more than 100 tasks, 5 levels and a multi-million dollar budget. • Worked closely with procurement and logistics departments to schedule shipments of metalconstructions to the site and procurement of raw materials related to current projects, which resulted in the installation of steel structures "from the wheels". The planning accuracy has been improved by 30%. • Drew up an excel spreadsheet with a detailed Cash flow that allowed forecast monthly income based on current and planned projects of the company.

Responsibilities: • Planning, monitoring and coordinating of a company’s projects; identification of project’s critical paths; formation of key stages and performance indicators of projects in MS Project. • Formation of technical documentations using ArchiCAD and AutoCad. • Implementation of risk management using analytical tools such as SWOT, PESTLE and DFMEA. • Implementation of post project analysis in order collect lessons learned, that will improve the efficiency of work in relation to future similar projects. • Preparing and conducting presentations for business partners, potential customers, project team and business owner. Achievements: • Developed and implemented a new direction of the company related to the construction of turnkey private houses - RimStroy (http://rimstroy.ru/). • Organised funding for ‘Hackathon’ competition in Grozny to recruit talented IT graduates from higher education institutions in the Southern Federal District of Russia, to work with the “smart” home system on behalf of the company. • Presented the company and its investment project at the Eurasian Forum 2018 in Bahrain. The presentation led to an award of a personal meeting with high-ranking officials of Arab countries, including a member of the royal family of Bahrain, Sheikha Deyah Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa and the mayor of the industrial city of Jubail from Saudi Arabia to discuss mutually beneficial projects. • Organized and actively participated in a talk show (44 minutes) on a Russian TV channel with Russian, English, Danish and Chechen specialists in order to raise awareness and interest among the population of the North Caucasus Federal District to "sustainable development". Responsibilities: • Planning lectures and maintaining an effective learning environment. • Supervising student groups of 25 people. • Conducting practical classes with students using real cases from industry. Achievements: • Published 6 articles on topics related to project management in one year. • Prepared a student, to win the annual Best Young Manager award in a competition between higher educational institutions in Grozny. • Received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chechen Republic for contribution to the development of education in the region.

Responsibilities: • Analysing and optimization the company's risk management methods, which are used to identify and avoid unforeseen costs, delays and technical risks during project implementation. Achievements: • As a result of my research on companies risk management, that was a part of a dissertation work a full-time job offer was received from Costain. The offer had to be rejected due to the restrictions included in the contract with the government of the Chechen Republic, which obliged me to return to the Chechnya after finishing my studies in the UK

Responsibilities: • Create and test engineering solutions using research, analytical and conceptual skills based on mathematical calculations and computer modelling, using software such as SolidWorks and ANSYS. Achievements: • Two solutions (one managerial and the other technical) have been created and offered to solve problems related to faulty bolted connections on buses, which can lead to wheel detachment during the ride of a public vehicle.
